Michael is a passionate Healthcare Administrator with over 12 years of experience at many levels of healthcare. He started his career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in skilled nursing which tapped into his passion for caring for others. After training as an EMT and Medical Assistant he transitioned to Assisted Living care for seniors with Alzheimer’s as a Memory Care Director. During his tenure he became a Certified Dementia Practitioner which led him on his path to the Alzheimer’s Association as the Broward County Program Manager. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and is a State Certified ALF Administrator and has run 100+ beds assisted living facilities and Pediatric Clinics.
Michael loves to volunteer and is active in the community .He is also team captain for a charity cycling team.
