The Area Agency on Aging of Broward County is pleased to share good news regarding our enhanced Home Modification Program which is a short-term program available to older adults ages 60 and above to assist them with home repairs and specified technology. It is a great opportunity for homeowners to receive up to $6,000.00 in assistance per senior in the home.
The program can pay for home modifications like ramps, grab bars, widening of doorways, plumbing, lighting etc. as well as needed new appliances and specified technology.
