Each year, the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Broward County coordinates the Dr. Nan S. Hutchison Broward Senior Hall of Fame Breakfast, honoring elder excellence in the volunteer sector of Broward County.

Broward residents, age 60 and older, who have dedicated more than five years volunteering their precious time in the county, are eligible for nomination into this elite group of community advocates.

This Year's Eleven Honorees: George Bisbikos, Sunrise; Mary Jane Bowen Graff, Fort Lauderdale; Sidney Feinberg, Deerfield Beach; Edith Gooden-Thompson, Plantation; Velma Hawthorne, Fort Lauderdale; Reverend Grant Lynn Ford, Fort Lauderdale; Dr. Henry "Hank" Mack, Lauderhill; Marilyn Manning, Tamarac; Paul B. Snow, Hallandale Beach; Lesley Tobin, Margate; Polly Wilkie, Pembroke Pines

This year's honorees will join the ranks of the past 303 electees at the 25th Annual Dr. Nan S. Hutchison Broward Senior Hall of Fame Breakfast, which will take place during Older Americans Month, on Thursday, May 15.

Location: Diamante’s Banquet Center; 6501 W Commercial Boulevard; Tamarac, FL 33319
Time: 9:00 a.m.
Costs: $25 per person, or $250 for a table of 10.; Sponsorship is $500, which includes one seat at a reserved table, recognition prior to, during, and in the follow-up ADRC Newsletter "Senior Soundings," and the ability to place handouts at each chair.
