Dukes with the Elder Consumer Protection Program at the Center for Excellence in Elder Law at Stetson University College of Law do a segment on identity theft.

The Elder Consumer Protection Program at the Center for Excellence in Elder Law at Stetson University College of Law serves as an educational, informational and instructional resource about general and legal matters in the areas of elder consumer protection, abuse, neglect and exploitation. The program, which is supported in part by limited state and federal funding, offers assorted materials and various services that provide and promote general knowledge, public awareness and assistance, and professional development.
