The ADRC Program/Service Brochure provides contact information for all of the programs and services funded by the Aging & Disability Resource Center. The brochure is available in three languages: English, Spanish, and Creole. ADRC Program/Service Brochures may be picked up by people, other than senior organizations, in numbers of five, at the most, or mailed if self addressed stamped envelopes are provided. For greater than one Brochure, and up to five Brochures, the cost is $1.50 for the shipping and handling.
